Each participant must register and pay the participation fee for this tournament.
Even if you applied for a 【Panel Presentation】 or 【Individual Research Presentation】, please register on the "Next-Generation" page if you qualify for the "Next-Generation" category (Doctoral students or young researchers obtained a doctorate of less than eight years). Contrarily, if you applied for the "Next-Generation" category but do not qualify for the "Next-Generation," please make sure to register for the 【Panel Presentation】 or 【Individual Research Presentation】page.

Payment deadline

Note: We cannot accept registrations at the venue on the day of the conferences. The registration fee includes the conference materials, two days of lunch (November 4 and 5), and a banquet. The registration fee is non-refundable except under unavoidable circumstances. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
